Ever tried to use those cheap clips they send with your new car seat covers. They are not very strong. However, when I was installing my new seat covers, I came up with an answer for that problem. I started using paper clips. Quite frankly, I thing paper clips work much better. What I did for the back seat is I attached the paper clip to the elastic band on the side of the seat cover. Then I stretched the paper clip and the elastic band over to the “front to back strap” and attached them to the strap. Then I flipped the paper clip so that the elastic band was on one end of the clip and the strap was on the other end. Presto. I got a box of 100 jumbo paper clips at the Dollar Store for a dollar. Just remember to get the jumbo paper clips because they are much stronger.
