Roast Beef

Special Notes:

One thing I forgot to mention in my video is that the roast I baked is a Beef Chuck Shoulder Roast.

Roast must be covered.

The oven is never opened once you start cooking it until it is done! 

Size Roast:

3.3 lbs 

Seasonings:  

Black Pepper

Santa Maria Style Seasoning  (Do not add salt when using this spice)

Cooking Time:

Preheat to a Temperature of 400 degrees and cook for 30 minutes

Then change the temperature to 300 degrees for 120 minutes

Total cooking time :

2 hours and 30 minutes
